Cool Down with the Fellowes Climate Control Footrest Giveaway!

fellowes climate control footrest giveaway Cool Down with the Fellowes Climate Control Footrest Giveaway!

Our weekly giveaway this week is sponsored by Fellowes! I can’t think of a better item to giveaway this week. As I am writing this post, my dashboard weather says it is 103 degrees in New York. 103! I think this may be the hottest day I’ve ever experienced here.

We are giving away THREE Fellowes Climate Control Footrests which are perfect for this hot hot summertime and for the cold winter too. This footrest will help keep you cool and warm! (Whatever you want to be.)

I have not had the opportunity to try this thing out but I do like the idea of it because space heaters always make my face and skin and eyes dry and using one of those heated rice bags makes me sleepy. This item seems like the perfect solution!

I really need a Climate Control Footrest!! My dog’s favorite place to sleep during the day is on my feet. It is 105 degrees in Texas and the AC can only do so much cooling. PLEASE help me survive the summer!!!

Two weeks of back-to-back Vacation Bible School (one week each at two different churches) with excessive heat warnings in Northwest Missouri. Need I say more?

I’m entering from Newfoundland Canada, our heat experience does not exist compared to yours this summer. All across the country there’s a heat wave, but not here. Most years by now it is uncomfortably hot. The climate control footrest sounds like a dream, it would be nice not to have to lug around bulky fans. Fantastic!

This week has gone from one extreme to another. We took our son on his first camping trip at the lake. It was so hot, we had to be in the water the whole time. We brought a fan in the tent. Now, back to work and I feel like I need a sweater today because the A/C is on so high!!

On the hottest day last week with the heat index over 100 degrees, I filled up the kids’ 5 foot diameter pool and sat in there with my 5 year old son, three year old triplet daughters, and one year old daughter. Lots of fun, and it really cooled us off!

100s and muggy last week. I have no basement to retreat to and no air conditioner at home. I sought shelter(?) at work and even went to a movie to escape the heat. Took a cold shower the next morning.

I work in a home office and have four kids, two cats and a dog. And yes, it has been HOT in this part of New York! My husband keeps the air conditioner on low so we don’t spend the money (though he says it’s because he likes to see me wear as little as possible in this hot house). And just last week I had knee surgery, so now I have a compression sock on my right leg and am absolutely so hot and miserable as I sit at my desk and work. The kids piling on me when they get home from camp doesn’t do much to cool me down and the long haired cats that like to sit near me on my desk don’t help at all either. Needless to say, when my husband finally gets home from his day job, my hair is frizzy, my clothes are sweaty and I’m just a disgusting joy to behold and my attitude’s not much better. Now, if I had this under my desk, no one would be the wiser and I would be ah, so comfortable and clean at the end of my day – a breathe of fresh air and peace at the end of my husband’s long work day. I might even get a kiss!

This footrest has the power to improve my marriage!

  8. Laura B says:

My office goes from hot to freezing all summer long and my feet are freeezing most of the time even when the rest of the office is warm. Then when the a/c is off… the sun shines right on them. Help me keep my toes!

  9. Kimette W. says:

My high school trusts me to teach their children, but not to touch the thermostat. It’s difficult to convey the joy of learning while I (and my students) are dripping sweat!
