    I currently have a cold. Doh. But when I do I usually take Coldcalm which is homeopathic and very helpful. Unfortunately, it is also lactose based and I can’t have any dairy because I am nursing my 6 month old who is allergic. But it is great stuff!

    I have one in each bathroom, on in the car, and a portable in my pocketbook. Whenever I leave a store, the first thing I do before turning the engine in, is use the hand sanitizer!

    I tend to use purrell hand sanitizer several times a day and take 500 mg of C , per day. This usually works very well.

    Having to take care of multiple households, I do a lot of shredding each day. A very reliable product like Swingline would make life much easier. Each of us should use preventive measures against identity theft.
