I wash my hands A LOT. I always do it for at least 20 seconds. I figure staying healthy is worth my time ;)

I also drink tons of water. I aim for a minimum of 72 ounces of water a day to help keep healthy.

    Thank you for the chance!

Being in the food industry, we know how important it is to wash
your hands whenever you leave the rest room or handle any type of
food or packaging. At each employees station, there is a liquid
sanitizer installed and employees are encouraged to use this as
often as needed. Also, work stations are wiped down with a
sanitizing cleaner at the end of every week to ensure that bacteria
    is kept to a minimum.

  3. KelliD says:

I take Vitamin D3 and use sanitizer at my desk. I wash my hands every chance I get. I sneeze into my sleeve to help those around me stay well.

  4. Jenn says:

As an office, we perform nightly “wipe downs” of all of the surfaces that have been accessed by the employees. Weekly, we pass around the cleaning kits to wipe desk surfaces, phones, etc. Other than that, just Lysol ann Hand Sanitizer

  5. LeeAnn P. says:

I obsessively wash my hands and I wipe fridge handles, lightswitches and doorknobs with bleach wipes when no one is looking!

  6. Molly Bussler says:

I wash my hands often, use hand sanitizer and if tell my kids, that if they have to cough, to please cough in their sleeve.

  7. We keep sanitizer and tissue at every station in our museum for guest and volunteers to use. We also keep tissue and sanitizer in variable places in the administration building for employees. Our wonderful volunteers keep our handrails, buttons, doorknobs, telephones and bathrooms extra clean, everyday, by using sanitized wipes.

  8. Jeremy says:

I avoid sickly looking people unless they need help. Keep your hands washed… and I drink Emergen-C daily!

  9. Jeremy says:

I haven’t sent an e-mail out to my co-workers because that is against company policy. I’ll just mention it in conversation.

  10. rhonda says:

Because of my health situation, I HAVE to be more than careful – So on my list to stay healthy aside from the normal hand washing, vitmains and drinking lots of water, I immediately (and sensitively) sanitize my hands after shaking another person’s hand(no offense intended)and never touch a shopping cart or basket without sanitizing all the surfaces! Yes, it takes some time and I do this often each day for the past 7 + years – before it became vogue and before the mersa virus even hit the public and the end result has been healthy almost 100% of the time.

  11. Kirsten says:

Wash, wash, wash my hands. And wash some more. Clean off door handles and faucets regularly with disinfecting wipes. Lots of rest and I drink more juice at this time of year.
