  • I am a sponsor for our High School PTSA and our campus Anime Club. Our Anime club could really could really save some money with not having to buy art supplies. With what we would save we could spend that money on some new software that we have been wanting but have no budget for. Our PTSA would benefit too. We are always making large banner signs for events on campus. Those paints would really come in handy! I am glad that I found you guys. Your prices are great for teachers!

  • I would love to win this prize to donate to my classroom lovely students since our district is limited on funds for supplies I can order ad we are a Title I district where the number of students attending is outweighing the amount to attend school even in their homeschool locations. I don’t understand how we can keep overcrowding schools and teachers and expect many unfortunate parents to gather school supplies. Prices are going up while many paychecks are not and this would so help me to not ask for these supplies in my classroom as a way of helping those in need and connecting with my students family and community needs with some small relief. Most of my own money goes to help the students and families who cannot afford the supplies asked for. Thanks for your help and time in doing something so wonderful for growing minds.

  • Jennifer

  • Dayna Dyrhaug

I teach elementary art at a school consisting of economically disadvantaged children. For some reason the district does not give art a budget and if I need supplies, the school must pay for it if there is any money left. It would be nice to have some quality supplies available to my students to create with. BTW, I’m obsessively picky about my pencils I draw with and I love, love, love your pencils!!!

I would LOVE to win this Art Treasure Chest. I teach 1st Grade in a Title 1 school…our district does not have art teachers in grades PK-6th. Many of my students have NO art supplies at home…no crayons, scissors, glue, construction paper, paint. Their only time to be creative is in my class. These goodies would truly be a blessing for my students!

  • Kimette Witt

10th – 12th grade classrooms aren’t ever given any art or craft supplies:(

  • I teach 6th grade art and recycled art classes and 3 after school art classes for grades 2-6. I have to be very creative with supplies on hand, frugal when ordering, and have
personally bought and donated supplies so kids can experience different art mediums and techniques.

  • Elizabeth Carpenter

  • Ann Tocco

I’m a second grade teacher and my students would love to be able to be creative using these wonderful supplies!

  • Amelia

Winning this prize would be a tremendous blessing to my district, school, classroom, and especially, my students. I teach about 170 high school juniors at a Title I district and supplies are extremely difficult for students to obtain. In a community where some of our youth are worried about having a simple pencil and paper for the day, anxious to get back to school because summers at home are harder than their worst days at school, and money is a precious commodity for necessities instead of something to just spend — I know that my students would appreciate having even one less to-buy item for school. I have always sought my best to buy supplies for my students’ use in my class, but even only I can do so much with the little I am given. I know I can’t take my kiddos’ problems away with this prize pack, but something like this would help them, and me, tremendously. I am only in my 2nd year of teaching, but I have seen full on what a gesture something like this would be for my kids who already struggle so much.

Thank you for this awesome opportunity and for the support this will be to the person/persons this will be awarded to. It’s so nice to have the support and resource of companies and organizations like Shoplet!

  • This chest would be like Christmas for my students. I teach 2nd-5th gifted in a very underprivileged district. To be able to have these marvelous supplies would start the year off in an exciting and creative way, without me constantly reminding them to conserve. They could cut loose and create freely. Thank you for this opportunity and God bless.

I teach 3rd grade and I can’t deny. This prize would be great for my class. I would pass out a number of each item among the different groups of 4 at tables. I am going to have 30 students(give or take) and I like to have them work in groups so they learn to cooperate. I would probably even use the treasure chest because it looks like it would make a nice prize box.

I have always loved Dixon products!! Have been teaching for many years but took a 6 yr. side trip to the principal’s office. Going back to my first love this year in third grade. • I teach early childhood special education. Due to budget constraints, I receive very little by way of supplies or funding for my classroom from my district. Having art supplies would help stretch my wallet by not needing to purchase them myself. Thank you for offering this chance to win!

  • Alecia

I have 5 children so this would come in handy! However, I would love to give it to our local Boys and Girls Club in Wake Forest, NC so everyone could enjoy!

  • Janet Irwin

I work with middle school children grades six, seven, and eight. I work with those who don’t always seem to get the message in the regular classroom nor at home. I get paid to nag them and get work done they didn’t know how to do it, didn’t want to do it, or thought they would not have to do it. I wander their portals and seek the missing. I am a certified teacher in NYS but I don’t get paid a teacher’s salary in my present position. I am the only one who does what I do in a three middle school complex.

We go through lots of supplies and I beg and snag them any way I can on behalf of these kids. I tell them they are not allowed to fade into the background or worse yet fall through the cracks. We would certainly put this package to very good use.

  • Wow this would be so amazing to win, I teach classroom guidance lessons weekly to every grade in our school (K-5th grade). So these resource would be great to have to help with the many lessons I do.
Thanks for holding such a great contest and supporting our schools!

  • My classroom could use these supplies for the many projects we do throughout the year.

I teach 4th grade in eastern North Carolina.

  • Kelly Voreis

I teach 4th grade students. We have a very limited classroom budget and these supplies would go along way. I’m especially excited about the markers and paint because with all the testing that is required their is little time or money to encourage creativity. I believe these supplies would provide a motivation and opportunity for creativity.

I am a 3rd grade student in a very rural area where most parents can not buy their child’s school supplies. So, that leaves me to do it! And I have for 29 years. I could really use some help this year due to some circumstances of my own. Thank you so much for the chance to win these supplies!

I don’t know if this counts, but I teach a small class of little kids around my neighborhood (kinda like babysitting, but a class for art) for free – my little nieces are in it too, but they get more pointers since I’m around them 24/7. I love art myself so I decided to do that in my spare time when I’m not studying for school, it would be great to be able to provide more supplies for them.

(If that doesn’t count, then just exclude my entries!)

  • Follow and Pinned giveaway on Pinterest! :)

  • My fiancé is a 5th/6th grade teacher. He teaches both math and science. I know he would be so happy if I won this for him!

  • I want to win because each summer I volunteer to teach art at an orphanage in Haiti and would love to use those supplies and the extras could go to the school they support.
