Gum– Here’s a study hack they tell students in college- Chew gum while studying and chew another piece right before the exam. Although more research has to be done on the accuracy, chewing gum whilst studying has been suggested to improving memory short-term. The chewing motion gets blood flowing to the head, so students are able to recall information quicker. Whether it’s always effective or not, keeping gum in your drawers can’t hurt!

Green Tea– Tea contains antioxidants, which are powerful substances found in some foods that can help prevent diseases and keep up good health.
